1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of the required deposit (typically 30-50% of the total package price).

1.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: Due at booking confirmation
• Balance: Due 7 days before the event date
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa

1.3 Late Payment

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 60 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• 30-60 days before event: 25% refund of deposit
• Less than 30 days before event: No refund

2.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability. One free rescheduling is permitted if done more than 30 days before the event. Additional rescheduling may incur a PKR 10,000 fee.

2.3 Force Majeure

In case of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, photographer illness), we will attempt to provide a replacement photographer or offer full refund.

3. Photography Services

3.1 Coverage Hours

Coverage hours are specified in the booking contract. Additional hours may be purchased at the rate specified in your package, subject to availability.

3.2 Locations and Access

Client is responsible for ensuring photographer has appropriate access to all event locations. ExposurePro is not responsible for images not captured due to access restrictions.

3.3 Equipment Failure

While we use professional backup equipment, ExposurePro is not liable for images not captured due to equipment failure, card corruption, or other technical issues.

4. Image Delivery and Editing

4.1 Delivery Timeline

• Sneak peek (10-15 images): 48-72 hours
• Full edited gallery: 4-6 weeks for weddings, 2-3 weeks for other events
• Rush delivery: Available for additional fee (PKR 20,000-50,000)

4.2 Editing Style

Images are edited according to ExposurePro's artistic style. Minor adjustments can be requested. Major re-editing may incur additional charges.

4.3 Image Selection

ExposurePro selects the final images for delivery based on technical and artistic quality. Raw/unedited files are not provided.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

5.1 Copyright Ownership

ExposurePro retains copyright on all images. Clients receive a personal usage license.

5.2 Client Usage Rights

Clients may:

• Print images for personal use
• Share images on personal social media with credit to ExposurePro
• Create personal albums and gifts

5.3 Prohibited Uses

Clients may not:

• Use images for commercial purposes without written permission
• Alter images in a way that misrepresents ExposurePro's work
• Sell or transfer images to third parties

5.4 ExposurePro Usage Rights

ExposurePro reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, competitions, and publications unless client opts out in writing.

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability

ExposurePro's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6.2 Image Loss

In the unlikely event of total image loss, liability is limited to a full refund of amounts paid. ExposurePro is not responsible for emotional or consequential damages.

7. Conduct and Cooperation

7.1 Client Cooperation

Client agrees to provide a timeline, contact person, and list of important shots. Lack of cooperation may affect final results.

7.2 Guest Cooperation

Client is responsible for informing guests to cooperate with the photographer. ExposurePro is not responsible for images missed due to guest interference.

7.3 Meal and Breaks

For events longer than 6 hours, client agrees to provide a meal for the photography team.

8. Drone Photography

8.1 Permits and Regulations

Client is responsible for obtaining venue permission for drone operations. ExposurePro handles aviation authority clearances where required.

8.2 Weather and Safety

Drone operations are subject to weather conditions and safety requirements. No refund is provided if drone footage cannot be captured due to these factors.

9. Additional Services

9.1 Albums and Prints

Physical albums and prints are separate from digital packages unless specified. Delivery timeline: 8-12 weeks.

9.2 Videography

Video services, when booked, have separate delivery timelines (8-12 weeks) and terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan under Pakistani law.

11. Modifications

ExposurePro reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
